Just 40 years ago the Bible was banned in China. Today, it is a best-seller. God has embraced China by preparing the way for His Word to penetrate hearts and bless the lives of thousands of Chinese men and women.
This past November, the 100 millionth Bible rolled off the Amity printing press in China. This was possible through the help of Canadian Bible Society supporters who helped provide rolls of paper that Amity uses for printing Bibles.
Even though that number sounds astronomical, with a population of 1.3 billion, the need for more Bibles in China is still great - particularly in the poorest, remote villages. (Watch video above for more information)
Your gift today can make a lifetime of difference!
Help make the Bible available to millions more people by providing Bible paper for printing. The Amity presses can print 2,900 Bibles per hour. That’s nearly a Bible a second. But the only way we can keep these presses rolling – and printing more Bibles for those so eager to read the gospel – is if we have enough paper.
