National Christian Human Resource Leadership Opportunity

The Canadian Bible Society (CBS) is looking for a new Director of Human Resources to provide human resource and volunteer management leadership and support to our Society as we implement our strategic plan. We are looking for an HR leader who combines a strong ecumenical approach and understanding of Christianity with a demonstrated multi-year track record of success in human resource and volunteer management preferably with a national charity with annual revenues of at least $10-15 million. These are exciting times at CBS as we implement a new regional structure and strengthen our fundraising and Bible sales and distribution while building on the core support of our long-time supporters and developing programs to reach out to the wider Canadian Christian population.

Regional Coordinator - Atlantic 

As part of strategic repositioning and renewal to make the Bible News again, the Canadian Bible Society is looking for a Regional Coordinator for our Atlantic Region. In this role, you will build upon an ecumenical approach to assist our Regional Director lead our regional team to deliver renewed Ministry programs and Church and volunteer engagement, and assist with local fundraising and distribution/sale of Bibles and the Scriptures. The Regional Coordinator will be located at our new Bible Centre in Truro, Nova Scotia but will be required to travel occasionally around the region.
