Les disciples avaient vu la crucifixion, avaient v\u00e9cu une perte et \u00e9taient maintenant apeur\u00e9s. Cependant, lorsqu\u2019il leur appara\u00eet apr\u00e8s \u00eatre revenu \u00e0 la vie, J\u00e9sus ne les r\u00e9primande pas et ne leur fait pas de reproche. Il arrive plut\u00f4t en offrant de la paix et une b\u00e9n\u00e9diction. Le Christ ressuscit\u00e9 console des c\u0153urs fragiles en les rassurant plut\u00f4t qu\u2019en les ch\u00e2tiant. <\/p>\n<p>Matthieu nous pr\u00e9sente J\u00e9sus s\u2019approchant avec autorit\u00e9\u202f: \u00ab\u2009Tout pouvoir m\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 donn\u00e9 dans le ciel et sur la terre.\u2009\u00bb Cette autorit\u00e9 n\u2019en est pas une de dominance, \u00e9manant plut\u00f4t d\u2019un amour qui a endur\u00e9 la souffrance et la mort. Le crucifi\u00e9 est maintenant vivant, proclamant que rien, ni le p\u00e9ch\u00e9, ni la peur, ni la souffrance ni la mort ne d\u00e9tiennent ultimement le pouvoir. Son autorit\u00e9 affirme que la r\u00e9surrection n\u2019est pas un simple \u00e9v\u00e9nement historique\u202f: elle signale le d\u00e9but d\u2019un avenir rachet\u00e9 et renouvel\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Ces paroles offraient un profond espoir aux disciples. Leurs circonstances restaient incertaines, mais l\u2019autorit\u00e9 de J\u00e9sus confirmait que le plan de Dieu allait r\u00e9ussir. Nous nous retrouvons souvent, un peu de la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, pris entre le chagrin et l\u2019espoir, nous demandant comment Dieu va susciter une nouvelle vie \u00e0 partir d\u2019un c\u0153ur bris\u00e9. Le Christ ressuscit\u00e9 vient alors nous rencontrer, son autorit\u00e9 nous rappelant que notre vie s\u2019ins\u00e8re dans un plus grand r\u00e9cit, d\u00e9fini par la r\u00e9surrection et l\u2019espoir. <\/p>\n<p>Le fait de voir le visage ressuscit\u00e9 du Christ nous procure de la paix et de l\u2019assurance. Son autorit\u00e9 nous calme le c\u0153ur, nous rappelant que celui qui a vaincu la mort r\u00e8gne maintenant avec force et compassion. Son autorit\u00e9 \u00e9tant ferme, notre espoir reste bien ancr\u00e9.
