Jesus was born to Mary and Joseph, who were penniless refugees fleeing persecution and death. After Jesus’ birth, the family lived a humble life as refugees until it was safe to return home.
God understands refugees. That is why God commands us to love one another and show hospitality to our brothers and sisters.
This Christmas, every refugee needs to know the peace that only Jesus can bring, and feel the loving care of His followers.
