For more than 20 years, the Trauma Healing Institute has helped people around the world find hope after painful experiences. Using this Bible-based approach, the Canadian Bible Society equips individuals and churches to create safe spaces for healing through the wisdom of Scripture, sound mental health practices, and the power of community. This youth-focused material brings that approach to teens in a way that is age-appropriate, practical, and hope-filled.
Is This Training for You?
This training is for those who are working in youth ministry, feel called to help create safe, Scripture-guided spaces where young people can be supported and strengthened, and have completed an Adult or Youth Trauma Healing Group within the last two years.
What to Expect
This hands-on training includes teaching, reflection, group discussion, guided practice, and a short open-book assessment. Participants who complete the full training requirements will be certified to facilitate youth groups using the Life Hurts. Love Heals. material.
