This Bible Engagement Day brings together Diaspora church leaders and ministry practitioners to engage Scripture while reflecting on faithful preaching, intergenerational ministry opportunities and challenges, and Bible-based responses to trauma within the diaspora church.
Session 1: Diaspora Preaching Seminar
This two-part session focuses on rethinking leadership models for the Church in Quebec and preaching Jesus to the spiritually wounded.
Session 2: Diaspora Intergenerational Seminar
This session explores the challenge of passing on faith within the diaspora church amid generational and cultural differences. First- and second-generation leaders share their experiences to deepen engagement with God’s Word.
Session 3: Trauma Healing Seminar
Discover Caring for the Wounded Heart, a trauma healing program designed to help individuals and church communities understand the impact of trauma and walk alongside others on a journey toward healing.
