Supporting Isolated First Nations Communities

For remote Indigenous communities, COVID has added many difficulties and new layers of isolation.

CBS partnered with Crossroads First Peoples Voices (FPV) to provide Bibles and Scripture resources to families and children in 99 isolated communities across Canada including the Arctic.

Each community received a shipment with 10 or more of several items for sharing: Bibles for youth and children, Bibles in Indigenous languages, Bible portions and Scripture Selections, children’s Bible engagement resources, and other items for home study. The shipments included items as Christmas presents, to support children and families.
